UD Almería back to the graft again

The Rojiblancos, who did not play on the last Matchday when their match against Córdoba CF was postponed over the weather warning, are back to training with full focus on the Friday's game against Elche CF (KO 8:30pm) All players are available except Robertone

UD Almería are back to the graft again after not competing last the weekend due to the suspension of their match against Córdoba CF over the weather warning. They had Monday off and this Tuesday morning they started to prepare Friday's game against Elche CF (KO 8:30pm Spanish Time).

The next opponents are in form at the moment as they have beat SD Eibar to extend their unbeaten run to five games in the league.

The squad has trained on the Anexo ground with all the first team players available except for Lucas Robertone, who underwent surgery a month ago for a dislocated left shoulder. Therefore, there are 19 players available that will be joined by 7 UD Almería 'B' youngsters: goalkeeper Bruno Iribarne, centre-back Paco Sanz, midfielder Gui Guedes and forward Rachad, who are training regularly with the first team, as well as midfielder Quintanilla and attackers Lorenzo and youth player Perovic.

In this Tuesday's session, the players reviewed football concepts and tactics, in addition to working on their physical fitness. On Wednesday and Thursday, in the Stadium and behind closed doors, UD Almería will focus on preparations for Friday's league meeting at the Martínez Valero Stadium.
