UD Almería to check in at Stadium on 8 July before pre-season in Marbella kicks off
Medical tests will be performed before training sessions and daily routine before completing a 10-day training camp from 23rd July to 1st August at The Westing La Quinta
UD Almería announce the 2024/25 pre-season, whose official start date is scheduled for Monday, 8th July. That day, the corresponding medical tests will be performed and will last until the next day, Tuesday, so that all players can complete the necessary medical check-ups that will allow them to start training on Wednesday, 10th July.
The UD Almería squad will be divided into two groups to undergo the same on those two different days. The Rojiblancos will carry out the first stage of the summer preparations in Almería city and as per usual in recent years, they will head to Marbella for a ten-day training camp. UD Almería will be gearing up for the next season at The Westing La Quinta Golf Resort from 23 July to 1 August, where in addition to different training sessions, they will play several friendlies that will take place in the coming dates.
The Indálicos rebuilt travelling squad will return to a well-known place. Benahavís has been chosen again for different reasons and among them is the possibility of playing friendlies at the Marbella Football Center facilities, making the most of the pre-season of numerous professional teams in the area. Moreover, the conditions for training and recovering are optimal due to the five-star facilities that UD Almería will have at their disposal.
Once this training camp is over, off-season preparations will continue in Almería lands until the second-tier league kicks off in the second fortnight of August.
