UD Almería 'B' will kick off league against Aguilas FC following calendar change

The UDA Academy prospects will visit the Aguileños in the Segunda RFEF tier curtain-raiser on 1st September. A week later, the youthful Rojiblancos will host Real Balompédica Linense

The calendar of Group IV of the Segunda RFEF, a tier in which UD Almería 'B' are going to debut after their brilliant promotion last season, has changed to make the matches of the two Xerez teams compatible. Now, instead of starting the competition in Estepona, Lasarte's boys will do so in Águilas on 1st September, against the club led by former UD Almería president Alfonso García Gabarrón.

A week later, the first home fixture will take place against Real Balompédica Linense. On Matchday 3, there will be a long trip to Extremadura to visit Villanovense. While on Matchday 4, the 'B' team will play at home against one of the relegated teams from the Primera RFEF, Linares. The first half of the season will come to an end on home soil against Orihuela, on 22nd December and the start of the second half of the campaign will also be played in Almería hosting Águilas FC on 12th January. The league ends on 4th May in Orihuela.

Group IV is made up of 18 teams from Andalusia, Murcia, Badajoz and Alicante. 5 of them have been relegated so it will not be an easy battle.
