Rubi: 'We don't agree, now, to play on the 27th November, I hope it's rectified'
The UDA head coach, who clearly feels upset by the dates of the next matches, argues:'We agreed to face Córdoba CF on Wednesday as long as the next match took place either on Sunday or Monday, not on Saturday as it's been set.'
UD Almería head coach Rubi was asked about the new date of 27 November to play the postponed match against Córdoba CF. 'We don't agree, now, to play it that Wednesday because we agreed to play it with the condition that the next match would take place either on Sunday or Monday, not on Saturday as it's been set,' he answered.
'I want to think that it'll be changed and rectified' because it was what was suggested to LaLiga and also to Córdoba CF. On Wednesday the day and time of the encounter against the Córdoba side was known (27 November) and this Thursday the next fixture, again at home, against Granada CF (Saturday, 30 November).
'The surprise has been huge and we hope for understanding since we clearly feel upset as we're talking about an issue that we're responsible for,' the Catalan added. Furthermore, as he pointed out, all the other teams that, like UD Almería, play on 27 November, then do so on a Sunday.'
