The UD Almería Academy youth teams celebrate a brilliant weekend of competition after recording 7 wins and a draw. Neither the Under-16s nor the under-14s played though.
UD Almería Under-19s 'A' could not go beyond a goalless stalemate (0-0) against Calavera CF at the Francisco Pomedio stadium located in Huércal de Almería, but after two victories on the spin, they continue adding points as they remain in the picture of reaching the end of the first half of the league with the possibility of playing in the Spanish Cup U19.
As for UD Almería Under-19s 'B', they won 2-3 again away from home in Santa Fe. Now they sit fifth in the standings, just two points behind the table-toppers given the great competitiveness between the first teams in the table.
The two under-12s outfits played had outings. Group 'A' visited Pavía winning 1-3, while Group 'B' won big at Las Marinas 2-9. UD Almería U10s 'A' also shocked the same rivals 1-10 and U10s 'B' thrashed Las Norias 7-0. The two under-10s teams achieved victories against El Parador and Vera. It was a great weekend.
