Lázaro Vinicius: 'We have to win no matter what; this is our mentality'

The UD Almería left-winger has commented that the team must add points in threes to get out of the drop zone.

UD Almería left-winger Lázaro Vinicius has chatted to the Club's official media and has stressed: 'I'm pretty sure we're going to play a good match against Celta de Vigo and achieve victory. We must have that mentality of winning no matter what because time is running out with fewer games to play.'

The 21-year-old Brazilian is well aware that they have to add points in threes: 'We have to show our strength to get out of the bottom of the table. The Club deserves much more and we're working to get out of there.'

Lázaro also commented that being part of a young squad is not a problem since 'we complement very well with the most veteran players; In addition, they help those of us who have been in Spain for a short time to improve.'

On a personal level, the Rojiblanco attacker stressed: 'I'm very calm, I'm still working and I always give everything in each training session to be ready when the opportunity comes.'

The former RC Flamengo player has mentioned that his adaptation to European football is 'progressing and I'd like to play more but little by little, I'm adapting and getting used to the team dynamics. I'm happy on the one hand, but on the other hand I'm not that much because in the last match, I had the opportunity to score a goal to have taken the victory.'

Against Cádiz CF, the UD Almería footballer squandered one of the big chances of the match: 'I've thought a lot about the chance I had with a header. This is part of football, now I have to keep working hard so that next time I can score.'
