UD Almería Women will play Copa de la Reina for the first time ever

The UD Almería Women squad is now complete following the recent recruit of Priscila, from Real Betis B Women. The Indálicas are now training to prepare themselves for the 2023/24 season

UD Almería Women will enter one more competition this coming 2023/24 season, since the Rojiblancas will play the Copa de la Reina (Queen's Cup) tournament for the first time in their history.

Last season, the UDA women's team were competing in the Segunda RFEF tier and therefore, they were considered as one more group to take part in this exciting Spanish tournament, which will be the same as the Copa del Rey: one-legged knockout games to progress to the semi-finals that will take place at the pitch of the outfit who plays in a lower division.

The UD Almería Women squad has been strengthened thanks to a total of 7 summer signings, the last being that of Priscila. The 22-year-old Brazilian has been playing in Alcalá, Division Nacional side Sevilla FC 'B' Women and Segunda RFEF side Real Betis 'B' Women, where she comes from.

The latest addition is a pacey winger and after this reinforcement, the UD Almería Women squad is now complete ahead of the 2023/24 campaign. In addition, the Indálicas are now training and preparing themselves for an exciting season.
