New UD Almería Fan Zone opens at 2pm local time this Friday

There will be games organised for all ages, 8 food trucks, DJs, a terrace with fan sprinklers and a bar with all kinds of drinks. A cashless bracelet will be on sale for quick payments to avoid long queues

The new UD Almería Fan Zone kicks off at 2pm local time this Friday prior to the league opener against Rayo Vallecano that will be played at the Power Horse Stadium (KO 7:30pm Spanish Time).

The game attendees can soak up all the pre-match atmosphere in this newly created Fan Zone that will also be open for one more hour after the final whistle. It is directly next to the North stands where season-ticket and single-game ticket holders will be able to enjoy fun-filled activities, 8 food trucks —with different foods from around the world— as well as music played by DJs Rubén Ventura, Zarpi and Fixi, a terrace with fan sprinklers splashing vaporised water to beat the heat and a bar with all kinds of drinks.

The attendees have to show their Rojiblanco season cards or single-game tickets to access the Fan Zone through the West and East stands. In addition, with the intention of avoiding long queues so that payments can be made fast, the Club will put some cashless bracelets on sale, which can be recharged, at the price of 1,50€. This bracelet is valid for the rest of the 2023/24 season and the fans would only have to top them up whenever they need it.

Attendees should take into account that, once the gates of the Power Horse Stadium open, they will be able to carry food from the Fan Zone to their seats, however alcoholic beverages are not allowed into the Stadium. They will not be permitted to go back to the Fan Zone again, after sitting in the stands to see the match, until that the game has not finished.

The Fan Zone opening hours for upcoming league fixtures will vary depending on the Matchday dates and kick-off times.
