Jonathan Viera completes his first training session as a Rojiblanco

The latest addition to the UD Almeria squad has followed the instructions given by head coach Gaizka Garitano as he has completed the practice along with the rest of his new team-mates

UD Almería have rebuilt its squad for the remainder of the season. In total, with the departures and arrivals, Gaizka Garitano has 24 players who will remain with the team until the end of the 2023/24 campaign.

The last player to join UD Almería has been Jonathan Viera, who was able to complete his first training session with the rest of his new team-mates this Wednesday morning. During the practice, the Canarian footballer showed his skills with the ball and the technique that the brand-new signing possesses. The team played a match in an area of reduced size.

The Rojiblancos continue to thoroughly prepare for the next match against Athletic Club de Bilbao at 9pm (Spanish Time) next Monday at the Power Horse Stadium. The team has focused, in a session that has been delivered behind closed doors, on improving football tactics, finishing drills ahead of that vital match in which UD Almería will look to achieve first victory of the current season.
