Intense activity in UD Almería training camp

The day begins at 7am for the Rojiblancos who practically do not stop until after 9pm when they sit down for dinner at La Quinta facilities in Marbella

UD Almería are now settled in the pre-season training camp held at the La Quinta, a luxurious complex located between the towns of Marbella and Banahavís, where the squad trains in a pleasant environment and exercise in an ideal way during this off-season period ahead of LaLiga Hypermotion.

The Rojiblancos are staying at The Westin La Quinta Golf Resort hotel and they have a gym and two football pitches very close. The activity is being intense. The alarm clock rings at 7am and after breakfast, the players and coaching staff move to the 'work center' to exercise both in the gym and on the pitches, alternating the physical with the technical and the tactical. Shortly before noon, the players return to the hotel and there is recovery with the physiotherapists and talks, and then lunch. The first break of the day arrives in the rooms until snack time, 5 in the afternoon. Once again, the same routine is followed in the sports facilities to use the gym and training pitches, although this changes in terms of the concepts. After 9pm, the team sit down to have dinner and finish an intense and demanding day that will be the same as the ten days that UD Almería will be in this boot camp.

The Indálicos alternate double training sessions with days with a single football practice, including the matches they will play. On Saturday, UD Almería will face Málaga CF at the Marbella Football Center, also located very close to the hotel. On Sunday, they will play against Qatari side Al-Sadd SC in La Quinta, where they train, and in this same stage, they will face Algeciras CF next Thursday, 1st August, before returning to Almería city.
