Gonzalo Melero is now doing ball work on the pitch

The UD Almería midfielder was sidelined in Elche due to muscle discomfort from which he is recovering. The Rojiblancos continue with their preparation for Sunday's visit from Deportivo de La Coruña

UD Almería midfielder Gonzalo Melero has now started doing ball work on the pitch, which is still significant after last Friday, in Elche, he was sidelined due to muscle discomfort. It will be checked over the next few days whether or not he will be available for Sunday's visit from Deportivo de La Coruña.

While the Madrid native was exercising with Cid Andrade on the UD Almería Stadium pitch, his team-mates, under the guidance of Rubi, continued with their preparation for the next league meeting in which the Indálicos will be going all out to keep up the good numbers.

As it happened in training on Tuesday, the gaffer has continued to have 16 first-team players and regret the absences of Robertone, Marc Pubill and Bruno Langa, in addition to Melero, and with the same 7 UD Almería 'B' players. Starting this Thursday, the sessions will be delivered behind closed doors.
