Vicente Moreno: The result isn't fair, but I know that this is about adding and winning

The Rojiblancos' gaffer regretted UD Almería's 2-3 defeat to RC Celta de Vigo because although he admits mistakes, his team created the best chances to not only tie but also to have achieved victory

Vicente Moreno turned up at the post-match press conference disappointed because of the way his team had been defeated, but this has only just begun and despite regretting it, he is convinced that UD Almería will react and move forward. In fact, he said: 'We've done many things well, but we've also made mistakes,' since the positives outweighed the negatives.

When sharing his post-game assessment, Mr Moreno explained: 'In the first half we were nervous at times and we made more errors than the rivals' merits. In the first period, the two clearest chances were ours and we went into the break trailing 0-2.' He also added: 'We were close to drawing level in a well-deserved way, although in the end we dropped the point. In a game that you cannot win, it's important to add points and those spells of dominance or lack of it cost us.'

Vicente Moreno made it very clear: 'The result isn't fair,' although he admitted: 'This is about adding and winning. However, he highlighted: 'More than worried, I'm busy improving and building the team we want.'

'It's vital to keep a clean sheet. It's time to trust in one's work and in that of the players, I'm convinced that we're going to have a great season, although it's being difficult at the moment.,' he assured.

On the other hand, the man at the helm of the Indálicos team indicated: 'It's important to keep a clean sheet and we have to take a step forward in this regard because we're creating a lot of dangerous situations when we attack. The summer transfer window has finally ended, he valued the signing of central defender César Montes and pointed out: 'We already know what we have and with that we're going to move forward. I've already said that I'm sure we're going to have a great season, but now, after the defeat, it's not the time to stress it.'
