Chelo and Mati honored by UD Almería Foundation
UD Almería Foundation President Lorena García presented two well-deserved awards to two of the most emblematic UD Almería Women players
Consuelo Alcázar Salmerón aka 'Chelo' and Matilde Vallejo Magdalena aka 'Mati' have been honoured by the UD Almería Foundation for how much they represent in Almería women's football. In fact, the two players started the women's team project planned by the Club.
UD Almería Foundation President Lorena García presented awards to Chelo and Mati at half-time of the match between the Indálicas and Betis Balompié Women 'B' at the Emilio Campra Youth Stadium.
Previously, UD Almería Women 'B' and UD Almería Women U16 were presented, who lined up in parallel lines opposite to each other, while welcoming both the UD Almería Women senior team and opposition Betis Women 'B' when they took the pitch to face the second half.
